GRIHA Council awards LKS for the design of the new Court of Goa building in India

The Green Buildings Rating System India (GRIHA) Council, organization that certifies the sustainability of buildings in India, has awarded LKS INDIA, Pvt Ltd the Passive Architecture design prize for the new Court of Goa building project in India.

The team of Spanish and local architects responsible for the development and realisation of the project, received the prize in the 7th GRIHA SUMMIT 2016 conference ceremony of held in Delhi on February 19th.

GRIHA Council makes regular visits and audits the correct implementation of all the projects registered to achieve the certification. As a result of these visits, made during all phases of the works, and after a long process of internal audits, GRIHA identifies and rewards the projects that stand out for their efforts in implementing the outlined criteria.
